Mastery
Bewitching Entanglement; Deals damage to a [single enemy], this skill has 20 % increased crit (*most likely this means crit chance but can be crit damage too), and has a 30% chance to [disorient] the target.

Rage:
Zanpakutō Riot; Deals damage to [enemy back row], and applies [Zanpakutō Riot] on the targets for 1 round. [Zanpakutō Riot] triggers only once per round and cannot be dispelled. [Zanpakutō Riot]: The enemy unit with this effect will take damage equal to 100% of the Muramasa's ATK before attacking. If the enemy unit kills it's target with this attack, all enemies will take damage equal to 50% of Muramasa's ATK. [Zanpakutō Riot] effects do not apply from assist lineup. The effect disappears if Muramasa dies.

Rage+:
Awakened Zanpakutō Riot; Deals damage to [enemy back row], and applies [Zanpakutō Riot] on the targets for 1 round. [Zanpakutō Riot] triggers only once per round and cannot be dispelled. [Zanpakutō Riot]: The enemy unit with this effect will take damage equal to 160% of the Muramasa's ATK before attacking. If the enemy unit kills it's target with this attack, all enemies will take damage equal to 80% of Muramasa's ATK. If the enemy unit doesn't kill it's target with this attack, the enemy has 30% chance to get [disoriented]. [Zanpakutō Riot] does not work from assist lineup. The effect disappears if Muramasa dies.

Passive:
Despair Roar;  Muramasa has increased Damage Rate. Every time [Zanpakutō Riot] is triggered, recover 100 rage and 8% of max HP. Every time one of the enemies die, the damage of [Zanpakuto Riot] is increased by 20%.

The rage gain on passive and skills heavily suggest that he is going to be ATK Dragon or Tiger. Since those are bad without additional rage gain mechanics. Tell me what you think about him in the comments.
