Her heroic WS will give HP to DEF units:

Heroic War Soul
	Increases HP for all Defense specialty characters by 4%. In PvP modes; the character's HP increases by 100%.

In a nutshell she is an AoE rage healer that buffs block chance, DRR and removes freeze. RIP all those people investing into freeze teams see for yourself (NOTE: translated from Chinese):

Mastery	Deals damage to a [single enemy] and increase Unohana’s Damage Reduction Rate by 20% for 2 rounds.
Rest and Rectify
Passive	Unohana has increased Damage Reduction Rate. Each time Unohana is attacked, if her HP is lower than the HP of the character that attacks her, the damage will be reduced by 40% and Unohana will gain 100 additional rage. When the first character dies on your side (including Unohana) remaining allies receive a shield equal to 40% of Unohana's MAX HP. This shield cannot be dispelled.
Hot Spring Bath
Rage	Heals [all allies] and additionally restore 10% of the Unohana's MAX HP to [ally with the lowest HP]. Increases Block Rate of [all allies] by 15%, lasts 1 round.
Awakened Hot Spring Bath
Rage+	Heals [all allies] and additionally restore 20% of the Unohana's MAX HP to [ally with the lowest HP]. Increases Block Rate of [all allies] by 25%, lasts 1 round. Applies [Hot Stone Massage] to [all allies].
Effects [Hot Stone Massage]: Increases Crit Resist of [all allies] by 15%  (lasts for 1 round) and removes [Freeze].
